Now more than ever, you are needed to donate your old blankets, towels, and sheets to your local animal shelter. With financial cut-backs, repairs on shelters are often put off, so if it's drafty, the animals suffer. I know my shelter uses rags to stuff under doors. No kidding! Empty out those closets... this is your chance to get rid of stuff and do something useful!

More on Lance Corporal Liam Tasker and Theo His K9 Partner

Liam Tasker's body went home to Britain yesterday and his family were presented with Theo's ashes.

This is another story about it all.

I'm thinking about his family and friends and will always remember his sacrifice. The photo of him in the below post would make a fine state made in honor of them both.
